MedPro Healthcare Staffing is seeking a travel nurse RN PCU for a travel assignment in Dallas, TX. The PCU nurse will monitor patients requiring close monitoring, perform frequent assessments, and respond to changes in vital signs while providing high-quality care.

Qualifications

• Active RN license required.
• Degree from an accredited nursing program.
• BLS and ACLS certifications.
• Eighteen months of recent experience in Acute Care PCU/Step-down setting.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and assess patients who aren’t unstable enough to need ICU care.
• Utilize computer equipment to monitor cardiac and other vital information and detect changes, enabling timely intervention.
