American Traveler is hiring a Travel RN for a Progressive Care Unit position in Dallas, TX. The PCU offers a 16-bed unit with a 4:1 patient ratio and night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM. The assignment lasts 13 weeks and includes float requirements to other PCU or telemetry units.

Candidates must hold TX or Compact RN licensure, current BLS/ACLS, and at least 1 year of PCU experience. Certifications must not expire within 30 days of start, and there must be no employment gaps of 90 days or more

Qualifications

• Active RN license (TX or Compact)
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications required
• Minimum 1 year of recent PCU experience
• Certifications must not expire within the first 30 days of assignment start
• No employment gaps of 90 days or more within the past 12 months

Responsibilities

• Provide collaborative, team-based nursing care within a progressive care setting
• Maintain a 4:1 patient ratio in a 16-bed PCU
• Floats to other PCU or telemetry units as required
• Work night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM
• 13-week assignment with no on-call requirements
