Job summary

Fusion Medical Staffing is seeking a Travel RN for the PCU (Progressive Care Unit) in Columbus, OH. This 13-week travel assignment requires a Stepdown RN with an active license, BLS, and ACLS, working 36 hours per week on a 12-hour night shift.

As a travel nurse with Fusion, you will join a dedicated clinical team, enjoy competitive pay and comprehensive benefits, and have support from an experienced recruiter and travel staff throughout your assignment.

Qualifications

• One year of recent experience as a Stepdown RN required.
• Current RN license in good standing with state regulations.
• Active BLS certification (AHA/ARC) required.
• Active ACLS certification (AHA/ARC) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and interpret telemetry, vital signs, and cardiac rhythms.
• Administer prescribed medications and treatments with focus on cardiac care.
• Prepare equipment and assist physician during cardiac procedures.
• Document patient status and respond to changes per protocols.
• Educate patients on cardiac health and post-discharge care.
