Cross Country Nurses seeks a travel RN for the PCU in an acute hospital in Anchorage, Alaska. The assignment runs 13 weeks with night shifts in 12-hour blocks and a minimum of 36 hours per week, with potential floating within scope.

Required qualifications include an AK RN license, BLS, ACLS, NIHSS, and at least 1 year of clinical experience; Epic charting experience is preferred. The unit handles cardiac and respiratory cases in a co-care/virtual nursing model.

Qualifications

• Valid AK registered nurse license must be in hand for auto-offer.
• BLS, ACLS, NIHSS certifications required.
• Minimum 1 year of clinical experience.
• Epic charting experience required.

Responsibilities

• Provide PCU RN care for adult and geriatric in a hospital setting.
• Work night shifts for 13-week assignment with 36 hours/week.
• Float within scope to lower acuity units as needed for coverage.
