Cross Country Nurses seeks a travel nurse RN PCU for a Powell, Tennessee assignment. The role targets Step Down Unit patients on a 12‑hour night shift, with a minimum of 36 hours per week over 13 weeks.

Requirements include a valid nursing license, BLS and ACLS, plus at least 1 year of RN experience. Travel experience is a plus and candidates must reside >50 miles away from the facility.

Responsibilities

• Provide specialized care to patients transitioning from higher to lower acuity levels.
• Monitor patient status and ensure safe recovery and transfer.
• Work the night shift (12 hours) with a 36-hour week.
