Cross Country Nurses in Powell, Tennessee is seeking a travel nurse RN to join a Stepdown Unit. This 13-week assignment offers 36 hours per week with 12-hour day shifts starting 10/19/2026, delivering hands-on care in a fast-paced setting.

The role requires BLS, ACLS, a CEN or similar certification, and at least one year in a step-down or related unit. Travel experience is preferred. A private housing option, comprehensive benefits, and competitive pay accompany your assignment.

Qualifications

• Valid Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification.
• Current Certified Emergency Nurse (CEN) or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of step-down or relevant unit experience.
• Advanced Learning Center modules completed.
• Location requirement: >50 miles from the facility.

Responsibilities

• Provide specialized patient care in a Step Down Unit.
• Maintain safety and clinical excellence.
• Work daytime 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM.
• Travel assignment with contractor replacement.
