Job summary

TotalMed RN is seeking a travel nurse RN for a PCU assignment in Powell, Tennessee. The RN will care for patients on a Progressive Care Unit, working 12‑hour nights across a 36‑hour week with a tax‑free stipend to be determined.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years of acute care experience and hold BLS and ACLS certifications. Additional certifications may be required before starting the assignment.

Qualifications

• BLS and ACLS required; 1 year of acute care experience preferred.
• Additional certifications may be required before beginning an assignment.

Responsibilities

• Provide basic bedside care and stabilize critical cardiac patients.
• Change dressings, insert catheters and start IVs.
• Prepare, administer and record prescribed medication; report adverse reactions.
