Job summary

Talented Medical Solutions is hiring experienced Registered Nurses for a 13-week travel contract in Casper, WY. The role offers a guaranteed 40-hour workweek with daytime shifts and rotating call requirements.

Primary shift is roughly 5:30 AM–4:00 PM, with occasional earlier starts and one overnight call per week. Positions focus on PACU care, patient recovery post-anesthesia, and collaboration with anesthesia, surgeons, and OR staff.

Qualifications

• Active RN license
• BLS certification
• ACLS certification
• PALS certification
• Ability to satisfy Wyoming DFS requirements
• Willingness to participate in overnight and weekend call rotations

Responsibilities

• Provide safe and attentive nursing care to patients recovering from anesthesia.
• Complete post-operative assessments and closely monitor patients during recovery.
• Monitor vital signs, airway status, pain levels, and overall patient response following procedures.
• Identify and respond promptly to changes in a patient’s condition.
• Administer medications and treatments according to provider orders and hospital protocols.
• Collaborate with anesthesia providers, surgeons, operating-room staff, and other clinical team members.
• Educate patients and families regarding recovery expectations and discharge instructions.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
