Job summary

American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a PACU role in Clearlake, CA. The position requires a CA RN license and certifications (BLS, ACLS, PALS) with at least 3 years PACU/OR nursing experience. 4x10 hour day shifts, on-call every third weekend, start ASAP, 13-week assignment.

American Traveler is hiring an experienced RN for a PACU position requiring a CA RN license, BLS, ACLS, PALS, and at least 3 years of experience.

Details

• PACU role within the Surgical Services Department
• Day shift, 4x10s, 0700-1730, Monday through Thursday
• On-call required every third weekend

Requirements

• BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications required
• Minimum of 3 years of PACU/OR nursing experience required
• Graduate of an accredited nursing school
• No prior negative licensure actions permitted

Additional Information

• Provide professional nursing care to surgical patients across the age spectrum
• Coordinate care planning with other disciplines within Surgical Services
• Must comply with all required vaccinations as a condition of employment, with medical and religious exemptions considered
• Candidates with more than 5 days of requested time off (RTO) will not be considered
• No radius restriction, as local pay rates match travel rates
• Traveler may only be placed at one hospital within the health system at a time
