Job summary
American Traveler Staffing Professionals is seeking an experienced RN for an Operating Room position in Tucker, GA. The role requires 18 months of OR experience with strong orthopedic and neurological surgical skills, and an active Georgia or Compact RN license.
This travel assignment includes 36 hours per week on days, 3x12s, with a 13-week duration and no on-call duties. Perioperative nursing care for orthopedic and neurological cases is expected, with consideration given to travelers outside

- Operating Room unit at an orthopedics and spine hospital
- AM shift, 3x12s, 36 hours per week
- 12-hour shifts with 30-minute meal duration
- No on-call responsibilities
- 13-week assignment
- Active Georgia or Compact RN license required in hand
- Minimum 18 months of OR experience within the past 3 years
- Strong orthopedic and neurological surgical skills required
- Full SSN and DOB required for consideration
- Provide perioperative nursing care for orthopedic and neurological surgical cases
- Must reside outside a 50-mile radius of the facility, as local candidates are not accepted
- Former Emory or Houston permanent staff must be separated for 1 year before returning to the health system, or 18 months if returning to the same facility
- RTO requests are limited to a maximum of 5 days if not falling on or near a holiday, or 3 days if falling on or near a holiday, with only one holiday request allowed
