American Traveler, LLC. is hiring an RN for an Operating Room assignment in Texas, requiring an active TX or compact RN license and Cerner EMR experience.

This 12-week daytime shift runs 6:45 to 15:30 with 5x8-hour weeks (40 hours). Applicants must reside within 50 miles of the facility and provide a valid driver's license, SSN or DOB for consideration.

Qualifications

• Active TX or compact RN license
• Current BLS certification
• Cerner EMR experience and must be listed in employment history
• Must meet experience requirements for the OR specialty
• Valid driver's license required for consideration
• SSN and date of birth required for consideration

Responsibilities

• Surgery unit within a hospital setting
• 12-week assignment on day shift, 06:45-15:30
• 5x8-hour shifts weekly totaling 40 hours
• Must be open to working any day of the week as self-scheduling is not available
• Uses Cerner EMR system
• Provide perioperative nursing care in the Operating Room
• Must reside within a 50-mile radius of the facility
• Keep requested time off (RTO) to less than 7 days
• Returning permanent employees or previous travelers with this health system must be disclosed prior to consideration
• Change of agency representation is not permitted once submitted
