American Traveler is seeking an experienced OR RN to fill a Scrub/Circulator day shift role in Maine. A current Maine or compact RN license and at least 1 year of perioperative or medical/surgical experience are required.

The position offers a 13-week assignment with 10-hour days, focusing on delivering safe, patient-centered perioperative care and strong teamwork within the operating room team.

Qualifications

• Active RN license (Maine or compact).
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• Current BLS certification required.
• ACLS certification required (may be obtained within 6 months of hire).
• PALS certification required.
• At least 1 year of medical/surgical or perioperative experience required.
• Basic computer skills required.
• CNOR certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operating Room setting covering scrub, circulating, and recovery room duties as needed.
• 13-week assignment with a Monday-Thursday schedule of 10-hour day shifts.
• Deliver safe, effective, patient and family-centered care during the perioperative period.
• Collaborate and communicate effectively with other members of the perioperative team.
• Maintain confidentiality and uphold the organization's mission, vision, and values.
