American Traveler is seeking an experienced OR Circulator RN for a community hospital setting. Candidates must hold an active OH or compact RN license and ACLS certification, with at least 2 years of continuous OR experience.

The role requires floating across Galion, Bucyrus, and Ontario campuses, with day shifts and on-call responsibilities. HealthStream pre-start modules and specific scheduling rules apply.

Qualifications

• Epic charting experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate in the OR as an OR Circulator.
• Day shift: 4x10 hours, 6:30 AM–3:00 PM or 6:30 AM–5:00 PM.
• Must work every 3rd Friday.
• Float between Galion and Bucyrus; may float to Ontario, Bucyrus, and Galion campuses as needed.
• On-call with arrival within 1 hour.
• Work in a smoke-free facility and campus.
• Complete up to 8 hours of HealthStream pre-start modules.
• Submit time-off requests at application; no major holiday time off.
• Local candidates accepted at the same bill rate.
• Former permanent employees must wait 6 months before reapplying.

Responsibilities

• Operating Room setting functioning as OR Circulator
• Day shift schedule (4x10 hours), 6:30 AM to 3:00 PM or 6:30 AM to 5:00 PM
• Required to work every 3rd Friday
• Float required between Galion and Bucyrus locations, with ability to float to Ontario, Bucyrus, and Galion campuses as needed
• On-call responsibilities requiring arrival at the hospital within 1 hour when called in
• Works within a smoke-free facility and campus
• Completion of up to 8 hours of non-billable pre-start modules via HealthStream required
• Time off requests must be submitted at time of application; facility does not accept time off for major holidays
• Local candidates accepted at the same bill rate
• Former permanent employees must wait at least 6 months before reapplying
