Job summary

Northshore Home Health Care in Colorado is seeking a perioperative registered nurse to provide direct patient care in Operating Rooms and PACU, applying top-of-scope nursing practices within a multidisciplinary team to promote evidence-based care and patient safety.

You will act as a preceptor for new staff, adapt to a fast-paced, innovative clinical environment, and contribute to quality outcomes through collaboration, ongoing learning, and adherence to professional standards.

Qualifications

• Must hold CO RN license or eNLC privileges.
• At least 1 year of perioperative experience.
• BLS certification through AHA or Red Cross, in-hand before start.
• Strong clinical skills, teamwork, adaptability and growth mindset.

Responsibilities

• Deliver perioperative and post-anesthesia care.
• Adhere to AORN and ABPANC standards.
• Contribute to quality and safety at the point of care.
• Support team collaboration to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
