Job summary

Health Care Administrators Association® seeks an RN for a fast-paced operating room position in Springfield, Missouri. The role emphasizes the nursing process, patient rights, confidentiality, and coordination of care across departments in a Level 1 Trauma and Stroke center and Regional Burn Center.

You will maintain 1:1 patient ratios, collaborate with leaders, coworkers and physicians, and uphold professional standards while supporting internal growth and development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a state-approved School of Nursing.
• Current RN license in the applicable state or compact licensure.
• Current American Heart Association Healthcare Provider certification or completion within probation.
• No prior experience required.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient-centered care in a Level 1 Trauma and Stroke center, and a Regional Burn Center.
• Maintain 1:1 patient ratios for safety.
• Collaborate effectively with leaders, coworkers, and physicians.
