Job summary

Trinity Health's FirstChoice mobile staffing program is seeking experienced Registered Nurses for part-time, 12-hour night shifts at MercyOne Waterloo Medical Center in Iowa. RNs will float across hospital locations and regions to support short- and long-term assignments within the system.

Minimum qualifications include RN licensure, 18 months of Med Surg/Tele/PCU experience, and 2+ years in other specialties with required credentialing (ACLS/TNCC/PALS/BLS).

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited school of nursing.
• Valid RN licensure for the applicable state(s).
• Minimum 18 months of recent clinical experience for Med Surg, Tele and PCU.
• Minimum 2+ years for Critical Care, Surgical, Maternal, ED, Behavioral Health.
• ACLS, TNCC, PALS and BLS credentials must be maintained per specialty.

Responsibilities

• Float across hospital locations and regions as needed.
• Provide nursing care per professional standards: Assess, Plan, Implement, Evaluate.
• Act independently within licensure and scope of practice.
