Job summary

Trinity Health FirstChoice is seeking registered nurses for its mobile staffing program. Positions involve floating across hospital locations and regions with flexible scheduling and premium pay. Nationwide and regional opportunities are available, including shifts like 12-hour nights.

Start dates are ASAP with opportunities to travel to MercyOne Waterloo Medical Center, IA. Competitive weekly gross pay and per diem options enhance total compensation for experienced RNs in multiple specialties.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited school of nursing.
• Active RN licensure in applicable state(s).
• 18 months of recent Med Surg/Tele/PCU experience; 2+ years for other specialties.
• Maintain required credentials (ACLS, TNCC, PALS); BLS/ACLS/PALS through AHA.

Responsibilities

• Float throughout hospital and multiple locations/regions.
• Apply professional practice elements: Assess, Identify outcomes, Plan, Implement, Evaluate.
• Act independently within license and scope of knowledge.
• Maintain accountability for delegation and decisions.
