Job summary

Talented Medical Solutions is seeking an experienced Travel RN to work NICU in Tucson, AZ. This 13-week assignment in a Level III NICU supports a 36-bed unit, with dayshift 7:00 AM - 7:30 PM.

Candidates must have an active RN license, at least 2 years NICU RN experience, and be willing to float to pediatric units; immediate availability preferred. Travel assignments require living 50+ miles from Tucson.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of NICU RN experience.
• Level III NICU experience preferred.
• Strong neonatal assessment and critical-care skills.
• Flexibility to float to pediatric units.
• Immediate availability strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide specialized nursing care to critically ill and high-risk neonates.
• Monitor newborns and respond quickly to changes in clinical condition.
• Administer medications and treatments safely.
• Collaborate with neonatologists and multidisciplinary teams.
• Support families through complex neonatal care.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and patient-safety standards.
• Float to an appropriate pediatric assignment when needed.
