Job summary

TEEMA Solutions Group is seeking a Travel RN with NICU expertise for a 13-week assignment in Tucson, AZ. You will join a Level III NICU supporting a 36-bed unit, bringing neonatal skills to high-acuity care and rapid response to changes in condition.

The role requires active RN license, at least 2 years NICU experience, and flexibility to float to pediatric units. Start date September 14, 2026, with end date December 12, 2026; days shift, 36 hours per week, travel eligibility.

Qualifications

• Active RN license
• Minimum 2 years of recent NICU RN experience
• Level III NICU experience strongly preferred
• Strong neonatal assessment and critical-care skills
• Flexibility to float to an appropriate pediatric unit
• Immediate availability strongly preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide specialized nursing care to critically ill and high-risk neonates
• Monitor newborns and respond quickly to changes in clinical condition
• Administer medications and treatments safely
• Collaborate with neonatologists, physicians, and multidisciplinary teams
• Support families through complex neonatal care
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and patient-safety standards
• Float to an appropriate pediatric assignment when needed
