Job summary

Talented Medical Solutions in Tucson, AZ seeks an experienced RN for an in-office NICU assignment. Immediate start, Level III NICU, 36 beds; may float to pediatric unit. Requires at least 2 years NICU RN experience and prior travel experience.

BSN or higher and active RN license in the appropriate state. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, mentor junior staff, and follow NICU procedures and safety protocols.

Qualifications

• BSN or higher with active RN license in applicable state.
• Minimum 2 years NICU nursing experience.
• Proficient in NICU clinical procedures and safety protocols.
• Ability to monitor and document patient status in EHR with accuracy.
• Demonstrated ability to escalate safety concerns promptly.
• Competence in medication administration and adherence to physician orders.
• Strong collaboration with multidisciplinary team; participate in care planning.
• Mentor junior staff and contribute to professional development.
• Experience with data analytics or pipelines to track outcomes is a plus.
• Availability for on-site contract role with flexible shifts as needed.
