Job summary

American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a night-shift Neuro Medical Surgical/Telemetry position in Fort Wayne, Indiana. Start date 01/05/2026 for a 13-week, travel assignment with 36 hours per week on 12-hour nights.

Responsibilities include working in the Neuro Med-Surg/Telemetry unit, night schedule 7:00 PM–7:00 AM, and providing care for neurological and medical-surgical patients. Driver’s license required and no local travelers within 50 miles.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year recent neuro med-surg/telemetry experience.
• Active IN or compact RN license required.
• No gaps in work history of 90 days or more in past 12 months.
• Must have a valid driver's license.
• No certifications expire within the first 30 days.
• Must not have worked as permanent staff at CHS facility in past 2 years.

Responsibilities

• Work in the Neuro Medical Surgical/Telemetry unit of a hospital setting.
• Night shift schedule from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM.

• RTO (requested time off) must be less than 1 week.
• No local travelers within a 50-mile radius.
