American Traveler is seeking a Travel RN - Telemetry for a Med/Surg Telemetry assignment in Fort Wayne, Indiana. The role requires an active Indiana RN license and recent telemetry experience, with a 13-week duration and 36 hours per week on a 12-hour day shift.

The job offers travel compensation, per diem options, and benefits, with a pay package starting at $2,020 per week. No local candidates; candidates must reside outside a 50-mile radius and be available ASAP.

Qualifications

• Active IN or compact RN license required.
• Minimum 1 year of telemetry nursing experience.
• No lapses in work history of 90 days or more within the past 12 months.
• Candidates who worked as permanent staff at any CHS facility within the last 2 years are not eligible.
• No local travelers; must reside outside a 50-mile radius.

Responsabilités

• Med/Surg Telemetry unit within a hospital setting.
• Day shift schedule from 7:00 AM to 7:30 PM.
• 13-week contract assignment.
• Unit cares for diverse medical and surgical telemetry patients.
• RTO requests must be less than one week.
• Returning travelers must not have been permanent staff at a CHS facility within the past 2 years.
• Patient care duties involve managing patients with medical and surgical telemetry needs.
• Supportive team environment with collaborative nursing staff.
