American Traveler, LLC. is hiring a Registered Nurse specializing in wound and ostomy care for an inpatient acute care setting. CWON or CWOCN certification is required, with at least 2 years of wound/ostomy experience.

The role offers a Monday–Friday 8-hour day schedule (7:00 AM–3:30 PM) with no weekends, no on-call, and travel experience preferred. The facility is large (500+ beds) and provides housing reimbursement and comprehensive benefits.

Responsabilidades

• Inpatient acute care setting within a large hospital system.
• Specializes in assessment, treatment, and management of complex surgical and traumatic wounds and ostomies.
• Performs various dressing changes, wound vac application, and wound vac dressing changes.
• Accurately assesses, measures, and classifies wounds and related skin conditions.
• Provides patient teaching in an inpatient setting.
• Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8-hour day shifts (7:00 AM - 3:30 PM).
• No weekends, no call, and no holiday coverage required.
• Prior travel nursing experience preferred (1-2 assignments).
• EPIC EMR experience preferred.
• Strong, experienced candidates are preferred given the facility's acuity and size.
• Local candidates accepted at the same pay rate.
