Job summary

At Holy Cross Silver Spring, MD, shifts are 3x12 with flexible start dates and a weekly gross rate around $2,448.00. Nurses receive premium pay, travel/per diem opportunities, and license/certification reimbursements, with diverse practice
Qualifications
- RN licensure required in applicable state(s).
- Credentials per specialty area (ACLS, TNCC, PALS) must be maintained.
- Minimum 18 months of recent Med Surg/Tele/PCU experience; 2+ years for other specialties.
Responsibilities
- Float across hospital locations/regions as needed.
- Adhere to standard nursing processes: Assess, Identify outcomes, Plan, Implement, Evaluate.
- Operate within licensed scope and take accountability for decisions.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to support quality and improvement initiatives.
- Be adaptable to new responsibilities and diverse practice settings.
- Embrace differing practices and manage competing priorities.
