Job summary

FirstChoice, Trinity Health's mobile staffing solution, seeks experienced Registered Nurses for flexible, premium-compensation assignments across the health system. FirstChoice RNs float across hospital locations and regions to fill short- and long-term needs, with travel and per diem opportunities available.

Pay ranges from $68.00 to $73.00 hourly with a 3x12 day shift, Location: Holy Cross Silver Spring, MD. Start date flexible; 12-week blocks, part-time scheduling, and DailyPay available.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited school of nursing.
• Valid RN licensure in applicable state(s).
• Minimum 18 months of recent clinical experience for Med Surg, Tele and PCU.
• Minimum 2 years of recent clinical experience for all remaining specialties including Critical Care, Surgical Services, Maternal Services, Emergency Department and Behavioral Health.
• Required to have and maintain the credentials required per their specialty area (ex: ACLS, TNCC, etc).
• BLS, ACLS and PALS must be obtained through American Heart Association

Responsibilities

• Float throughout the hospital and multiple locations and regions.
• Demonstrate standard elements of professional practice: Assess, Outcomes Identification/Solutions, Plan, Implement, Evaluate.
• Act independently within license, scope of knowledge and experience.
