FirstChoice - Trinity Health's mobile staffing solution is seeking experienced Registered Nurses for premium compensation and maximum flexibility. FirstChoice RNs are deployed to fill short- and long-term assignments across the health system, with nationwide and regional opportunities available.

You will float across hospital locations as needed, perform core nursing duties per standards, maintain licensure, and collaborate with stakeholders to support quality and patient care.

Formación

• Graduation from an accredited school of nursing.
• RN licensure authorized in the applicable state(s).
• 18+ months of recent clinical experience for Med Surg, Tele and PCU.
• 2+ years of recent clinical experience for Critical Care, Surgical, Maternal, ED and Behavioral Health.
• BLS, ACLS and PALS must be obtained through American Heart Association.

Responsabilidades

• Float throughout the hospital and/or regions as needed.
• Apply the nursing process: Assess, identify outcomes, plan, implement and evaluate.
• Act independently within license and scope of practice.
