Job summary

MedPro Healthcare Staffing is seeking a travel nurse RN Med Surg / Telemetry for a travel assignment in Newburgh, Indiana. The position is 36 hours per week, with 12-hour night shifts, for 13 weeks starting 11/16/2026.

This assignment requires an active RN license, an accredited nursing degree, BLS certification, and at least 18 months of recent acute care Med/Surg experience. Travel benefits and housing options are provided by MedPro Staffing.

Qualifications

• BLS certifications.
• 18+ months of recent experience in an acute care Med/Surg setting.
• Other requirements to be determined by the client facility.

Responsibilities

• Complete assignments made by physicians.
• Provide routine treatment and post-surgical care.
• Assess changes in patient health status and perform various treatments.
• Administer medication.
• Meticulous documentation to ensure continuity of care.
