Job summary

HealthForce Healthcare seeks a Registered Nurse for a travel assignment in Winchester, MA. 8 weeks starting 01/04/2027, nights 7:00 p.m.–7:00 a.m., 72 hours biweekly, weekly pay $2,467–$2,628.

Responsibilities include direct patient care, medication administration, IV therapy, and EMR documentation in Epic. Float to related units and support discharge planning and education as part of a comprehensive travel assignment.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in Massachusetts (or eligibility for compact license).
• ACLS and BLS certifications required.
• Minimum 2 years RN experience; Med Surg Tele experience preferred; float experience required.
• Epic EMR experience is required.
• Ability to work 12-hour night shifts and float to related units as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct, patient-centered care for Med Surg Tele patients including monitoring and assessments.
• Administer medications, manage IV therapy, and perform basic clinical procedures per orders.
• Document care in the Epic EMR with accurate data entry.
• Collaborate with the team to develop and adjust care plans; assist in discharge planning and education.
• Maintain patient safety and infection control standards; respond to call lights promptly.
• Float to related units as needed and maintain competency on unit protocols.
