American Traveler, LLC. is seeking an experienced RN for a Med/Surg Tele Flex Pool in Hawaii. The role requires Hawaii licensure and float coverage across multiple units, including Medical, Laulima, and Cardiovascular.

Requirements include active HI RN license, BLS/ACLS, 2–10 years of nursing experience, and immunity proof. Benefits include housing, licensure reimbursements, and travel perks. Night shifts are 12 hours with flexible hours during the assignment.

Qualifications

• Active HI RN license required by start of assignment.
• BLS and ACLS certification required; PALS, Procedural Sedation, TNCC, ENPC preferred.
• 2-10 years of nursing experience required.
• Documentation of immunity required; exemptions not accepted.

Responsibilities

• Float between Medical, Laulima (Surgical Acute), and Cardiovascular units.
• Maintain appropriate nurse-to-patient ratios per unit; 12-hour night shifts (1845-0715).
• Schedule 36 hours per week after orientation with no guaranteed hours.
• Use Meditech and EPIC EMR systems, Pyxis, wound vac, and chest tube equipment.
• Provide flexible nursing coverage across medical, surgical, and cardiovascular units.
• Unit-specific orientation for floated areas; professional attire with clean scrubs.
• Holiday coverage required; arrive Thursday before start date for employee health appointment.
