Qualifications

• Active OK or compact RN license required.
• Current BLS certification (AHA) required.
• Minimum 2 years of RN experience required.
• Nursys license verification required within 30 days prior to start.
• Primary source license/certificate verification required within 30 days prior to start.

Responsibilities

• Work in a Med Surg Unit-Swing Bed Program providing skilled nursing and rehabilitation therapies.
• Assists patients transitioning from acute hospital stay back to home or a long-term care facility.
• 13‑week assignment with night shift schedule from 18:30 to 07:00.
• Implements and monitors patient care plans, documenting and communicating patient condition.
• Coordinates care across disciplines to ensure well-coordinated patient treatment.
• Caries out physician and nursing orders.
• Assess and coordinate discharge planning needs with the healthcare team.
• Requires critical thinking, decisive judgment, and ability to work with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment.
• Follows Standard Precautions using appropriate personal protective equipment.
• Radius rule applies, allowing local candidates at a reduced rate depending on distance from facility.
