Job summary

American Traveler, LLC. is seeking an experienced RN for a Medical Surgical Oncology unit in Texas. You must hold an active TX or compact RN license and have travel nursing experience, with BLS required and chemo/NIHSS preferred.

The 36-bed unit supports telemetry with day shifts to 7:00–19:00; Epic charting is required, and onboarding labs are completed within 48 hours. Generous housing allowance and travel reimbursement accompany comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Active TX or compact RN license at time of consideration.
• BLS certification required; chemo and NIHSS preferred.
• Minimum 2 years RN experience; travel nursing experience required.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care on a 36-bed general medical-surgical and oncology unit with telemetry.
• Care for oncology/hematology patients across disease stages; 1:6 nurse-to-patient ratio.
• Complete onboarding and labs within 48 hours; orientation modules onsite.
