Job summary

American Traveler, LLC. is seeking a Med/Surg Oncology RN for a night shift assignment in Tennessee. Requires TN or compact RN license with Med/Surg/Tele experience. 3x12 hour nights (18:30–07:00) on a 36/36 schedule, 1:7 ratios, and every other weekend.

Night shifts with travel benefits and housing support are offered. Open to first-time travelers; orientation begins Sundays with online CBL modules. Travelers are not required to administer chemotherapy and must reside within 100 miles of the

Qualifications

• Active TN or compact RN license
• AHA BLS certification required
• Minimum 2 years of nursing experience
• Med/Surg/Tele experience required
• Previous charge nurse experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Medical Surgical Oncology unit responsibilities.
• Maintain 1:7 patient ratios.
• Night shift hours 18:30-07:00 on a 36/36 schedule.
• Every other weekend work requirement.
• No on-call responsibilities; planned rotations only.
• Floating to other units as needed.
• Travelers do not administer chemotherapy.
• Must live within 100 miles of the facility to be eligible.
• General orientation starts Sundays with online CBL modules.
• Contract staff support student clinical education alongside patient care duties.
• First-time travelers are welcome to apply.
