Job summary

American Traveler Staffing Professionals is hiring a Chemo-Certified RN for a Travel Med/Surg Oncology triage role in a Magnet Hospital. Requires hemo/onc and infusion experience, BLS, and chemotherapy certification.

Shift 4x10-hour days, 7:00 AM–5:30 PM, 40 hours/week. Start Oct 5, 2026, for 14 weeks. Active MA RN license and 2+ years experience; port access, IV starts, labs, phlebotomy.

Qualifications

• Active MA RN license required.
• Current BLS certification required.
• Chemotherapy certification required.
• ONC certification preferred.
• Minimum 2+ years of experience including hemo/onc, infusion, and triage.
• Experience with port access, IV starts, and lab draws required.
• Phlebotomy experience required.

Responsibilities

• Triage phone calls from patients, families, and referring offices.
• Review lab and x-ray results and notify providers of critical values.
• Document all patient interactions in the EHR.
• Perform patient vitals, medication reconciliation, and health histories.
• Conduct in-office procedures as needed in oncology clinic.
