• Provide assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of patient care within scope of practice
• Coordinate with the Medical Oncology team and Medical Oncologist
• Educate patients according to their individual needs
• Transcribe and implement physician orders and protocols
• Coordinate care and delegate tasks to ancillary personnel
• Maintain care standards in compliance with Federal, State, and Local regulations
