Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited nursing program; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Currently holds an unencumbered RN license for the practice state; multistate licensure acceptable in NLC states.
• Maintains required competencies and certifications as per department standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized patient care using the nursing process from assessment through evaluation.
• Collaborate with physicians and inter-professional teams to plan, implement and evaluate care.
• Perform triage and coordinate care across the patient care continuum.
