Job summary

American Traveler, LLC. is hiring an experienced RN for a Med/Surg position at a critical access hospital in Minnesota. The role requires a valid MN RN license, 2 years of Med/Surg nursing experience, and BLS/ACLS certification.

The unit is a 14-bed Med/Surg with EPIC charting and Omnicell medication dispensing. Night shift is Friday–Sunday, 7:00 pm–7:30 am, with housing and licensure reimbursement options available for traveling clinicians.

Qualifications

Active MN RN license required
BLS and ACLS certifications required
PALS certification preferred
2 years of Med Surg nursing experience required

Responsibilities

Acute care setting within a critical access hospital's Med Surg unit
14-bed unit
Night shift schedule: Friday, Saturday, and Sunday, 7pm-7:30am
EPIC charting system used
Omnicell automated medication dispensing system used
Floating to other Med Surg units may be required
Implement the nursing process to assess, diagnose, plan, intervene, evaluate, and document patient care
Responsible for dependent, interdependent, and independent nursing functions
All clinicians must badge in and out at the facility
Navy blue scrubs required
