Job summary

Solutions By Sanford seeks an experienced Registered Nurse for travel assignments at Chamberlain Medical Center in Chamberlain, SD. Contracts are 14 weeks with potential extensions or moves to other Sanford sites.

Requirements include graduation from an accredited nursing program, RN licensure, and 1 year of experience plus 6 months travel experience. Eligible benefits include health, dental, vision, 401(k), and generous time off.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited nursing program required.
• Bachelor's Degree in nursing preferred.
• Currently holds an unencumbered RN license with the State Board of Nursing.
• Obtains and maintains required competencies and certifications.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized nursing care using the nursing process (assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, evaluation).
• Collaborate with physicians and inter-professional colleagues to plan and evaluate care.
• Coordinate patient care, assess patients, and provide education.
• Perform triage and various nursing interventions as assigned.
• Adhere to Nurse Practice Act and professional standards.
