Job summary

Solutions By Sanford is seeking Experienced Registered Nurses for travel assignments at Chamberlain Medical Center in Chamberlain, SD. The role involves applying nursing processes to deliver individualized patient care across all care phases, with collaboration among multidisciplinary teams.

Contracts run for 14 weeks with options to extend or relocate to another Sanford site. A valid RN license is required, with a preference for BSN; multistate licensure may apply for NLC states.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited nursing program required, including AACN/ACEN/NLN CNEA.
• Bachelor's Degree in nursing preferred.
• Currently holds an unencumbered RN license with the State Board of Nursing where practice occurs; multistate licensure if in an NLC state.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized nursing care using the nursing process (assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, evaluation).
• Collaborate with physicians and inter-professional colleagues to plan and evaluate care.
• Coordinate patient care, education, triage, and various nursing interventions.
• Practice within the scope of state nursing laws and standards.
