Job summary

Solutions By Sanford is seeking experienced RN travel nurses for Chamberlain Medical Center in Chamberlain, SD. Contracts are 14 weeks with the option to extend or transfer to another Sanford site.

Weekly pay includes stipends, with Sanford Benefits available to eligible staff. The Registered Nurse will apply the nursing process, collaborate with physicians, and coordinate patient care across preventive, diagnostic, and treatment services.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited nursing program required.
• Currently holds an unencumbered RN license with the State Board of Nursing where practice occurs.

Responsibilities

• Utilize the nursing process to assess, diagnose, plan, implement and evaluate patient care.
• Collaborate with physicians and inter-professional staff to plan and evaluate care.
• Coordinate care and patient education across all phases of care and follow-up.
• Plan and coordinate patient care, triage, and nursing interventions as required.
• Maintain competency and adhere to the Nurse Practice Act and organizational standards.
