Job summary

American Traveler, LLC. is seeking an experienced RN for a Med/Surg unit on a day shift in Alabama. The position requires at least 1 year of recent Med/Surg experience and an active Alabama license.

The assignment runs for 13 weeks with travel-specific benefits including housing allowances, licensure reimbursements, and day-1 benefits. Local candidates within 50 miles are not considered for this travel role.

Qualifications

• Active AL or compact RN license required.
• 1+ years of recent Med/Surg experience required.
• Certifications must not expire within the first 30 days of the assignment start.
• Valid driver's license and US Social Security Number required for consideration.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care on a Med/Surg unit.
• Med/Surg unit within a hospital setting.
• Day shift schedule, 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM.
• 13-week assignment length.
• Local candidates within a 50-mile radius will not be considered for this travel position.
• Candidates with a work history gap of 90 days or more in the past 12 months will not be considered.
• RTO requests must be less than one week.
• Previous CHS facility staff employed as permanent staff within the last 2 years are not eligible for this travel position.
