Job summary

Sanford Health's Fargo facility is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to provide individualized patient care using the nursing process and collaborate with the medical team. The role requires compliance with the Nurse Practice Act and standards, with care across preventive, diagnostic, treatment, and follow-up.

Shift is 12 hours during the day; weekly hours total 36. Contracts are 14 weeks with potential extension to other Sanford sites, with weekly pay and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited nursing program (AACN/ACEN/NLN CNEA).
• Bachelor's Degree in nursing preferred.
• Current unencumbered RN license in the state of practice and/or multistate license (NLC).
• Obtains and maintains required department competencies and certifications.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care using the nursing process (assessment, planning, implementation, evaluation).
• Collaborate with physicians and inter-professional teams to plan and evaluate care.
• Ensure patient care aligns with age/population-specific standards and Nurse Practice Act.
