Job summary

Sanford Health Fargo is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide individualized care using the nursing process, collaborating with physicians and the care team to plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.

The RN will conduct assessments, triage, educate patients, and perform nursing interventions across all phases of care in this 14-week contract setting with opportunities for extension or transfer to other Sanford sites.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited nursing program required (AACN, ACEN, NLN CNEA).
• Bachelor's Degree in nursing preferred.
• Obtains and maintains required department competencies and certifications.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized nursing care using the nursing process.
• Collaborate with physicians and inter-professional colleagues to plan and evaluate care.
• Conduct patient assessment, triage, education, and various nursing interventions.
