Cross Country Nurses in Devils Lake, North Dakota, seeks a travel RN for the Medical-Surgical floor. The assignment involves 13 weeks with 40 hours per week, rotating 3x12s (night/day).

Responsibilities include direct patient care, rounds, care plans, education, and discharge planning within a hospital setting. The role requires ND or compact state RN licensure, BLS/ACLS/PALS, and at least 1 year of MS experience.

Qualifications

• Valid RN license from the North Dakota Board of Nursing or a compact state.
• BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications from the American Heart Association.
• Minimum 1 year of Medical-Surgical nursing experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily patient rounds and develop/evaluate individualized care plans.
• Assess patient conditions and execute emergency measures when needed.
• Coordinate interdisciplinary care and provide patient education.
• Contribute to discharge planning to ensure safe and effective patient outcomes.
