Job summary

American Traveler is seeking a Med/Surg RN with rehab experience for a night shift travel assignment in Missouri. This position requires 1+ years of recent Med/Surg experience and an active MO or compact RN license, with rehab experience preferred.

The assignment runs for 13 weeks on a night schedule, 6:00 PM to 6:30 AM, and relocates travel staff to assigned facilities. Candidates must reside outside a 50-mile radius; local applicants will not be considered.

Qualifications

• Active MO or compact RN license required.
• 1+ years of recent Med/Surg experience required with rehab experience preferred.
• Current certifications must not expire within first 30 days of assignment start.

Responsibilities

• Med/Surg unit across two hospital floors (Floor 3 and Floor 4).
• Night shift schedule, 6:00 PM to 6:30 AM.
• 13-week assignment length.
• Provide direct patient care on a Med/Surg unit with a focus on rehab-related care.
• RTO requests must be less than one week.
• No CHS-permanent staff in past 2 years; must reside outside 50-mile radius.
• Must reside outside a 50-mile radius of the facility; local candidates will not be considered.

Requirements

• Active MO or compact RN license required
• 1+ years of recent Med/Surg experience required with rehab experience preferred
• Current certifications must not expire within first 30 days of assignment start
• No gaps in work history of 90 days or more within the past 12 months
• Valid driver's license and US Social Security Number required for consideration

Responsibilities

• Med/Surg unit across two hospital floors (Floor 3 and Floor 4)
• Night shift schedule, 6:00 PM to 6:30 AM
• 13-week assignment length
• Provide direct patient care on a Med/Surg unit with a focus on patients requiring rehab-related care
• RTO requests must be less than one week
• Does not accept candidates who have worked as permanent staff at any CHS facility within the past 2 years
• Must reside outside a 50-mile radius of the facility; local candidates will not be considered
