Job summary
American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a Nephrology and Hypertension Clinic in Dubuque, IA. Nephrology background and Iowa or compact RN license are required. The role is outpatient with day shift and no on-call, serving kidney transplant patients when needed.

American Traveler is hiring an RN for a Nephrology and Hypertension Clinic role requiring nephrology experience and an Iowa or compact RN license.
- Outpatient clinic setting within a Nephrology and Hypertension department
- Patient population includes kidney transplant patients
- Day shift schedule, 4x9s from 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM
- No on-call requirements
- May be required to float within the same discipline across local campuses
- Active RN license (Iowa state or compact) required
- BLS certification required
- Minimum 2 years of nephrology nursing experience required
- Epic EMR experience required
- Driver's license required for consideration
- One supervisory reference from within the past 2 years required at time of consideration
- Completed skills checklist within 1 year required for consideration
- At least 1 completed travel contract preferred
- Contribute professional and clinical nursing knowledge as part of an interdisciplinary care team
- Must reside at least 50 miles from the facility
- Not eligible if employed by the facility within the past 12 months
- Required to work 1-2 of 3 summer holidays (Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day)
