Job summary

Healthforce Healthcare LLC is seeking a Registered Nurse for a travel assignment in Crivitz, Wisconsin, serving long-term care and assisted living residents. This position offers a flexible shift, start date 10/26/2026, with a 36-hour guaranteed week and weekly pay between $1,890 and $1,979.

You will conduct resident assessments, administer medications, monitor conditions, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team while ensuring documentation and compliance.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in Wisconsin or eligibility to practice in Wisconsin.
• Strong assessment, documentation, and communication skills.
• Willingness to participate in a flexible travel assignment.
• Prior LTC experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct resident assessments and participate in developing and updating individualized care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed; document administration accurately.
• Monitor residents’ conditions, respond to changes, and escalated as needed.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to coordinate care and ensure smooth transitions.
• Maintain complete, accurate documentation in resident records; ensure regulatory compliance.
• Uphold safety, infection control, and patient-rights standards; provide patient and family education as appropriate.
