Fusion Medical Staffing-Long Term Care seeks a travel nurse RN Long Term Care for a 13-week assignment in Canton, South Dakota. Start date is 10/12/2026 with 36 hours per week on 12-hour day shifts. Travel RN role includes comprehensive benefits and a dedicated clinical team.

The ideal candidate has 1 year LTC RN experience, active RN license, and current BLS/CPR certification, with ACLS preferred. Compensation reflects travel pay and facility requirements.

Qualifications

• One year of recent experience as an RN in a long-term care setting.
• Valid RN license in compliance with state regulations.
• Current BLS (AHA/ARC) or CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient health and monitor changes to ensure wellbeing.
• Develop and implement personalized care plans with the team.
• Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately.
• Supervise and support nursing staff and coordinate with care teams.
• Educate residents and families on medications and chronic condition management.
• Document care provided and patient progress in records.
