Job summary

Vibra Travels is seeking a Registered Nurse for Long Term Acute Care assignments in Battle Creek, MI. You will develop and implement plans of care, supervise nursing staff, and coordinate with the care team to ensure high-quality patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• 1 year as RN required; LTAC experience preferred
• Current, valid RN license in state of employment
• Current BLS and ACLS certification; additional certifications may be required by clients
• Ability to travel via air and ground transportation; valid driver’s license

Responsibilities

• Develops, implements, evaluates and revises a plan of care for assigned patients and families.
• Demonstrates clinical competence and manages patient care.
• Supervises nursing staff including LPNs, CNAs, aides and techs where applicable.
• Collaborates with interdisciplinary teams to improve quality of care and patient outcomes.
