TotalMed RN is seeking a travel nurse RN Long Term Acute Care for a travel assignment in Oregon, OH. This LTAC role requires nursing expertise in high-acuity care and close collaboration with an interdisciplinary team to support patient recovery.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year LTAC experience, a current BLS, and eligibility for state licensure; ACLS may be required. Shifts are 12 hours (nights), 36 hours per week, for a 13-week assignment.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year LTAC experience or similar high-acuity setting.
• Current BLS certification and eligible for state licensure.
• ACLS certification may be required before start.

Responsibilities

• Perform head-to-toe assessments and respond to changes in condition.
• Administer IV meds, manage central lines, monitor vitals and labs.
• Provide ventilator care and wound management, with interdisciplinary rounds.
• Supervise LPNs/CNAs and document care in real time.
• Assist with admissions, transfers and discharge planning.
