Job summary

Required qualifications include one year of RN LTC experience, a valid RN license, and current BLS/CPR certification. Preferred ACLS certification and other facility-specific requirements may apply.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient health, monitor changes, and take action
• Develop and implement personalized care plans
• Administer medications and treatments safely
• Supervise LPNs and CNAs
• Educate residents and families on medications and care
• Document care and patient progress
• Respond to emergencies and coordinate with medical teams
